Soilfix personnel have the skills, experience and “can-do” attitude to deliver challenging projects on time and budget.

Soilfix is dedicated to providing a safe, exciting and rewarding working environment that creates high productivity and job satisfaction.  We have an open door policy that encourages communication and innovative solutions to challenging problems.  Training programmes are tailored to staffs' individual needs and aspirations and ensure they develop into competent, professional remediation practitioners.  All site staff are CSCS qualified as a minimum, and Site Mangers are either SMSTS or IOSH Accredited or working towards these.

 Soilfix has five full-time staff who are WAMITAB Certificate of Technical Competence (CoTC) accredited for management of its permitted remediation activities.

George is a remediation expert and takes lead responsibility for business management including strategy, financial control and new business development within Soilfix.

Lee Parker

Lee takes lead responsibility for the business development and business systems including company quality, health, safety and environmental management.

Steve Jackson

Position: Director

Steve is a remediation expert and takes lead responsibility for sales & marketing as well as technical & commercial direction of individual projects.

Richard Mabe

Position: Director

Richard takes lead responsibility for operational delivery of projects, ensuring projects are delivered to Soilfix’s safe standards and on time.
